My goal is lose weight.
so i chose these:
1)Skipping 2mins
2)Tread mill 5mins (speed9.7)
3)Elliptical 5mins
4)Stairs 2mins
5)Body bridge 1min
6)Bike 3mins
7)Sit ups 2sets/25reps
8)Squats 10reps
9)Leg curl 2sets/20reps (40Ib)
10)Seated leg 3sets/25reps(40Ib)
I don't know why i chose these~.~
just those can help me to lose weight ,specially ,when i did the tread mill.when i finished 5mins ran ,i can feel my skin turn pink. It's a little bit hard for me.and if i can change something , I will change sit ups to push ups .

PE interview preparation exercise
I think i did well,i came on time,brought appropriate,and tried my best already!sure,i work hard in PE,like you know,there's almost no PE in chinese school,so i it's pretty hard for me to do such more exercises per day.and i try to do like other people keep working...hum..i really care this stuff actually.but i know,the first few weeks i didn't do well , i mean ,i work hard,but i didn't understand others.so maight be i always do something wrong.But now i feel better.i can feel my progress. PE it's the class which makes me really happy,and relax.maybe because my fiends are here.and i won't be worried anymore like the first few weeks.and also start to try something new.Be honest ,i haven't the goal this semester.I just want to get a good grade letter.so i try to work hard.through these months,i still don't like running ...but i know just keep working and i can do well like other people.so i won't give up.The last thing,~~hoho~.~i want get an A.I deserve that(please...)
